The activation can only be done once on the target computer. It is node-locked, meaning it is tied to the hardware, and any component changes will invalidate the license.

Refunds are only allowed if the license has not been used. Once activated, the license is tied to your computer’s hardware, and any activation will link it to that device. Therefore, after activation, we are unable to process a refund.

Yes. You are entitled to up to 2 reactivations per license. Please confirm before proceeding, as activation will use one reactivation.

A Node-Locked License means your license remains valid unless there is a hardware change or a reset of your computer's settings. The license key is exclusively tied to a single device and directly linked to its hardware address. Your license is valid for one installation only. If you accidentally activate it on the wrong device or need to transfer it to another machine, please contact our support team for assistance.

Pro users can convert images directly from the Windows context menu. Supported formats include PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, WEBP, BMP, and ICO (16, 32, 64, 128, and 256).

To convert layers from a PSD file, simply ensure the file is in .psd format. It supports any version of Photoshop or exporting as a PSD file from Affinity.

Support and updates are provided for each major version of the software. For example, with version 1.0, you will receive updates and support for all minor versions (e.g., 1.0 to 1.9.9). Once a new major version is released (e.g., 2.0), updates and support will be available only for that new version.

User info and updates [Enter your username]: Use this field to edit your username. [Purchase Email]: Displays the email linked to the license. [Apply]: Saves the settings. [Default]: Reverts to default. [License Type]: Shows the type of license acquired. The [Check Updates] button verifies if there's any new version available.

Here are all the settings for the input and output images Prefix and Folder: [Custom Prefix Name]: Configures the prefix name (which comes before the file name). [Custom Folder Name]: Configures the folder where files will be saved. Use / to save folders within folders. Custom prefix and folder names can be disabled by leaving them empty. ℹ️ The [Save Prefix/Folder Name] button saves both configurations. The [Default] button resets Prefix and Folder settings to default. Sound: [Select finish sound]: Selects the notification sound for conversion completion. [Play]: Plays the selected audio. (Automatically saved when choosing the format.) Import, Export, and Reset: [Import]: Imports Convify settings. [Reset]: Resets settings to default. [Export]: Exports settings as JSON. Default Path: [Select a path to save the output images]: Sets the default output directory for saving images. [Default]: Removes the user-defined directory. Switch Settings: [Sound OFF/ON]: Disables or enables the completion sound. [Open output folder after conversion]: Opens the output folder after conversion. [Save in input image's directory]: Ignores the user's chosen location and saves in the same directory as the input image. [Pro Settings]: Opens a new window with professional configurations.

This is the beginning of the program. You can select an image in three ways: Clicking [Select Image's], Clicking on the icon in the middle, Dragging and dropping images directly from your file explorer. [Combobox] allows you to choose the format in which the image will be saved. Right-click to expand options. The button with the [PIN] icon allows you to set your favorite format so that every time you open the software it starts set. The [Convert] button will start converting the selected images. The button with the pause icon [ II ] will pause the conversion. The button with the cancel icon [X] will abort and delete all selected images.

Jointly selected image information [Selected Images] displays how many images are selected. [Total Size (MB)] indicates the size of all selected images together. [Output Format] shows the output format. [Remaining Time] calculates the remaining conversion time.

The Log Viewer displays the list of selected images. Sometimes it takes a while to load the images. [Delete All] The Delete All button deletes all images. [Delete] The Delete button deletes the selected image. Shortcuts: Holding Shift allows you to select multiple images. CTRL + A selects all images. DEL deletes the selected image(s). Enter opens the image in the Windows viewer. Treeview: [File Name]: displays the name of the file [Format]: the file extension format [Size (Pixels)]: the dimensions of the image [File Size (MB)]: the size of the file in megabytes

Important! Convify activation is unique per device. Enter your key in the [License Key] field and click [Activate License]. The [Registred Email] field shows the email linked to the license. The [License KEY] field is intended for inserting and viewing the license key. When the license is invalid, this field is empty. After activation, the button will display [Convify is Activated] and below [LICENSE ON].

This function is used to unlock your license. You can request license reactivation 6 months after purchase, with a 6-month break after activation. Your request will be verified and may take up to 72 hours to review.
